California beach is covered in sea glass instead of sand

The Glass Beach near Fort Bragg, California is covered with numerous pieces of sea glass instead of sand. The sea glass is believed to have been created due to years of dumping garbage into an area of coastline near the northern part of the town. With nearly 10,000 tourists visiting the beach annually, collecting the sea glass is strictly discouraged.
