California software startup Notion Labs to get $10 million

California-based enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup Notion Labs is raising $10 million from angel investors including former Y Combinator Partner Daniel Gross, among others. "Notion...could've been a higher valuation but we wanted to remain under unicorn ($1 billion) valuation to avoid the hype," COO Akshay Kothari said. Former LinkedIn India head Kothari had joined Notion in 2018.
