California Software to consider up to 51% stake in Cashter

California Software's Board will consider acquiring up to a 51% stake in Chennai-based Cashter. The proposed transaction is subject to due diligence, valuation, regulatory approvals and execution of definitive agreements. The Board will also consider approving an MoU for the proposed acquisition.
