Called Twisha murderer over abortion, didn't abet suicide: Giribala Singh to HC

Former judicial officer Giribala Singh's counsel told Madhya Pradesh High Court that she called her late daughter-in-law, Twisha Sharma, a "murderer" in the "heat of the moment" over abortion, but didn't abet her suicide. He argued that Twisha's husband, lawyer Samarth Singh's behaviour may have contributed to her death in May. Both Giribala and Samarth are currently in judicial custody.
