Calling a woman "Darling" is Sexual Harassment: Adv Deepak Somani

Recently, the Calcutta High Court Bench at Port Blair, held that calling an unknown woman "Darling" is a sexually colored remark which is a form of sexual harassment and therefore punishable under Section 354A of IPC. The accused was awarded 1-month imprisonment for calling a female police officer "Darling", said Delhi's Criminal Lawyer.
