Cambodia deploys new batch of rats to sniff out landmines

Cambodia, which is one of the world's most heavily "landmined" countries, has deployed its next batch of rat "recruits" to sniff out landmines to boost de-mining operations. Twenty rats were recently imported from Tanzania and have then undergone intense training. The retired batch of rats included Magawa, who received the UK's People's Dispensary for Sick Animals (PDSA) gold medal.
