Cambodian PM Sen to quit after 38 yrs; to hand over power to son

Cambodia's Hun Sen, one of the world's longest-serving leaders, said he'll resign as PM and hand over the position to his son, Hun Manet. Sen, who has ruled Cambodia for 38 years, said his son would be appointed to the post by the king on August 10 and Parliament would confirm the new premier with a vote on August 22.
