To help talented athletes overcome financial barriers, Sports Department coach Sarabjit Singh Happy has launched the 'Shagun Scheme', a community-funded initiative that supports players competing in national-level events. The scheme covers expenses such as travel, accommodation, meals & local transport. The group raised ₹50,000 to assist 5 athletes.
