Can PM Modi & Shah recite Vande Mataram without teleprompter?: Raut

Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut on Monday slammed Centre over proposed legislation to make any obstruction or insult to national song 'Vande Mataram' a criminal offence. "I challenge PM Narendra Modi and Amit Shah to recite Vande Mataram without a teleprompter," Raut remarked. The Prevention of Insults to National Honour (Amendment) Bill, 2026, will be introduced in Rajya Sabha.
