Can President-elect Donald Trump end US' Birthright Citizenship?

US President-elect Donald Trump could issue an executive order to redefine Birthright Citizenship, which grants citizenship to anyone born in US. While Trump could direct agencies to withhold passports/other documents unless the person met new requirement, they could challenge it legally. If courts decided the Constitution protected Birthright Citizenship, then only an amendment could change that.
