Can't be classified as cheating: HC on case against woman who eloped before marriage

Bombay High Court has quashed a cheating case against a woman who ran away with a man at last minute before her arranged marriage. Her would-be in-laws also named the woman's parents and brother in the FIR. The court said there is no evidence of any dishonesty and the woman's reluctance to disclose her relationship couldn't be classified as cheating.
