Can't breach peace for 1 yr, said court: CJP after leaders released from detention

While releasing Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka from detention, the executive magistrate court has imposed a condition barring CJP leaders from breaching the peace for one year, Ratna Singh, the party’s head of legal affairs, said. CJP leaders were detained from plane on Saturday ahead of CJP's Jantar Mantar protest in what police later described as preventive arrest.
