Can't imagine such acts happening: JPC chairman on TMC MP Kalyan

Reacting to scuffle during Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) meeting on Waqf Bill, BJP MP and chairman of the committee Jagdambika Pal called it a "big incident". Criticising TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee, Pal said, "In my 40 years of parliamentary life...We may have differences but...we cannot even imagine such an incident taking place." Banerjee was suspended for one session of JPC.
