Can the Supreme Court have regional benches outside Delhi?

The Union government has accepted the recommendation of a parliamentary panel to have regional benches of the Supreme Court. As per Article 130 of the Constitution, the default seat of the Court is Delhi but the Chief Justice has the prerogative to select any other place. The provision has been used twice to hear appeals in Kashmir and Hyderabad.
