Can we phase out diesel engines?: HC on Mumbai's air quality

Talking about the deteriorating air quality in Mumbai, Bombay High Court asked if they should consider phasing out diesel engines. The court stated that people should be encouraged to use CNG or electric cars instead of the ones running on petrol or diesel. Notably, GRAP-4 measures were recently put in place to combat pollution in the city.
