Canada PM Justin Trudeau survives no-confidence vote in Parliament

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau won the no-confidence motion brought against him in the Parliament, with 211 lawmakers voting against the motion and 120 lawmakers supporting it. This was the first major test for his Liberal government after nine years in power. The main opposition party- Conservative Party of Canada- has, however, vowed to topple Trudeau's government in the coming days.
