Canada PM to skip trade summit with Trump, Mexican Prez Manuel

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau will skip a meeting organised by US President Donald Trump to celebrate the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). Trudeau told Mexican President Andres Manuel that he hoped the talks with US President Donald Trump would be successful. He had earlier said that he wasn't sure about attending, citing tensions over possible US tariffs on Canadian aluminum.
