Canada to hike permanent residence, citizenship fees

Canada has announced fee increases across all permanent residence application categories, effective April 30, 2026. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee will rise from CA$575 to CA$600, while Provincial Nominee Program fees go up from CA$950 to CA$990. The right of citizenship fee will also increase to CA$123, effective March 31, 2026.
