Canada trade minister to visit India to fast-track CEPA deal
Canadian Trade Minister Maninder Sidhu arrives in India Monday with a 300-member trade delegation — Canada's largest in 30 years — to advance CEPA negotiations. Both sides aim to conclude the deal by December, coinciding with PM Modi's expected Canada visit. Bilateral trade currently stands at $30.4 billion, with a target of $70 billion by 2030.
