Canadian paramedic treats daughter in fatal car crash without recognizing her

A Canadian paramedic unknowingly treated her own daughter after a fatal car crash as she failed to recognize her because of her injuries. Jayme Erickson was attending a scene where a car had lost control and was struck by an oncoming truck. She later learnt that the girl she sat with until she was extricated and hospitalized was her daughter.
