Canadian PM Trudeau returns to Ottawa to face no-confidence motion

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has returned to Ottawa to face a no-confidence motion in the parliament. Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre made his appeal to MPs during a debate in the House of Commons on Tuesday, saying a future Tory government would bring back the "promise of Canada." The NDP and Bloc Québécois say they will oppose the motion.
