Canara Bank plans to raise up to $2 billion overseas

Canara Bank plans to raise up to $2 billion from overseas markets under its medium-term note programme. The funds will be mobilised through the bank's GIFT City branch in Gandhinagar or other overseas branches, strengthening its access to international funding markets.
