Cancel leaves, recall medical staff for COVID-19 duty: Delhi govt

The Delhi government has issued an order advising all hospitals and medical institutions under it to cancel leaves of staff and recall them for COVID-19 duty immediately. According to the order, leave may only be granted to employees under "most compelling circumstances". COVID-19 cases in Delhi, which is the third worst-hit after Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, crossed 53,000 on Friday.
