Cancel this disastrous software: Tharoor on EC's ECINet app amid SIR row

Congress' Shashi Tharoor asked Election Commission to cancel its "disastrous software" ECINet. His remarks come after 97 people's names in Goa were removed from final roll after SIR. The Chief Electoral Officer in Goa sent eight emails in seven days to include voters through ECINet and wasn't able to include them as permission to do so was controlled from Delhi.
