Cancelling meet with Pak right step: Kargil martyr's father

The father of Kargil War martyr Saurabh Kalia has said that India's cancellation of the meeting of foreign ministers with Pakistan is the "right step". "I am afraid that in the future too they (Pakistan) will not improve themselves," NK Kalia said. India called off the meeting hours after the kidnapping and killing of three policemen in Jammu and Kashmir.
