Cancer patient dies, her plea for drug listed 57 times for hearing

A cancer patient, whose writ petition for access to life-saving breast cancer medicine Rebociclib has been listed 57 times for hearing, died. The petition was filed before Kerala High Court in June 2022 and has been listed for final hearing 57 times since January 21, 2023 without the matter being heard. The court decided to continue the case sou motu.
