Cannabis does not reduce stress, it may be placebo effect: Study

Researchers said the perceived stress relief could largely be a placebo effect driven by users’ expectations. The study noted that cortisol levels fell soon after participants vaped higher doses of cannabis but rebounded before the next reading.
