Cannot order arrest of Anil Ambani to sensationalise case: SC

The Supreme Court on Friday said it will not order the arrest of Anil Ambani in connection with alleged bank loan fraud involving Reliance Communications and its group entities. It said that arrest decisions rest with investigative agencies, not the courts. The court noted that arrests should not be used to create sensationalism and called for a proper investigation.
