Can't behave like a Zara store: Delhi govt defends prohibiting discounts on liquor

Delhi government on Monday defended its decision to discontinue discounts on liquor in the Delhi High Court while mentioning that it was becoming an "export centre" of liquor for states like Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The advocate representing the government said, "This is alcohol. There's some responsibility and restraint. You can't behave as if it is a Zara store.”
