Can't blame only potholes for deaths: Maha PWD Minister

Talking about deaths caused by potholes, Maharashtra PWD Minister Chandrakant Patil on Saturday said that five lakh other people travel on the same road and the entire blame cannot be put on the road's condition. Slamming the minister for the comment, Congress said, "He was questioning people's view of roads, but he will understand what people can do after elections."
