Can't go to work as I'm 10th avatar of Vishnu: Govt official

Rameshchandra Fefar, engineer with Gujarat's Sardar Sarovar Punarvasvat Agency, has claimed he cannot report to work as he's 'Kalki', the 10th avatar of Lord Vishnu. Fefar was served a notice, which stated he'd only worked for 16 days in eight months. He said he cannot work since he is doing penance, which is bringing India good rainfall for 19 years.
