Can't leave India without permission: Court to ex-Amnesty India chief

A Delhi court on Friday ordered the former Amnesty International India Board chair Aakar Patel to not leave India without permission until a decision is taken on CBI's plea challenging the order to quash look out circular issued against him. The court also put on hold Thursday's order which ordered CBI to tender a written apology to Patel.
