CAQM monitoring Delhi's severe air quality: Environment Minister

Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav said CAQM is continuously monitoring wind direction, speed, and air movement amid Delhi's deteriorating air quality. The city's AQI hit 451 on Tuesday, entering the 'Severe' category ahead of Diwali. CAQM has invoked GRAP Stage-II across NCR, while stubble burning has declined 40% through ex-situ paddy stubble management.
