CAQM orders prosecution of MCG engineer over dust violations

CAQM has directed Gurugram's Municipal Corporation to prosecute Executive Engineer Surender Sheoran and other officials for failing to implement dust mitigation measures. Sheoran will face a jurisdictional judicial magistrate under the CAQM Act, 2021. Multiple inspections found over 250 violations, including high visible dust on roads under MCG jurisdiction.
