Car falls into river while being chased in Goa, 22-yr-old man feared drowned

A 22-year-old man is feared to have drowned after his car plunged into a river while being chased by another vehicle in North Goa. Police said that the man was driving with a woman when he hit another car in Marcel village and started speeding as the other car chased him. The woman managed to swim back to safety.
