Car makers asked to replace washers of old cars 'at no extra cost', reveals Gadkari
Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari revealed that car manufacturers have been directed to replace damaged washers of older cars "at no extra cost for the consumer". This comes after an unpublished ARAI report claimed that E20 petrol's use in E10-compliant cars may damage rubber parts of fuel system components. "To my knowledge, no cars have broken down," he said.
