Carl Icahn's wealth down $2.7 bn as his firm cuts dividend in half

Carl Icahn's net worth dropped by $2.7 billion on Friday after the activist investor's main investment vehicle, Icahn Enterprises, announced it was slashing dividend in half to $1/share. Icahn's wealth dropped to $7.8 billion, the lowest level since Bloomberg Billionaires Index began tracking it 11 years ago. His wealth is now less than third of what it was in April.
