Carlsberg looking to list its India unit in ₹6,400-crore IPO later this year: Report

Carlsberg, one of the world's largest brewing companies, is planning to list its Indian arm as part of an IPO to raise $700 million (nearly ₹6,400 crore), Bloomberg reported. Carlsberg has picked three banks as its advisers on the process, with the company aiming to file its draft IPO prospectus by May. The IPO may be launched later this year.
