Carlsberg plans to file for ₹6,685 cr India IPO this month: Report

Carlsberg A/S is preparing to file for a ₹6,685 crore IPO of its India business as early as this month, Moneycontrol reported. The brewer is reportedly working with Kotak Mahindra Capital, JPMorgan Chase and Citigroup on the proposed share sale. The IPO is expected to be a secondary share sale, with listing likely to take place later this year.
