Carnelian Asset launches ₹2,000 cr private equity fund

Carnelian Asset Management has launched its first private equity fund targeting ₹2,000 crore, with ₹1,000 crore already secured from family offices and HNIs. The fund targets mid-sized companies in manufacturing, pharma, and healthcare, investing ₹100–300 crore per deal. It plans 15–18 investments targeting 25–30% returns, with fundraising expected to close by December 2026.
