Carry Constitution to rallies, speeches: Rahul to Congress leaders

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has urged party candidates and leaders to carry a copy of the "sacred" Constitution and keep it with them during nominations, meetings, speeches and public outreach. He also asked them to announce in every village and street that "as long as the Congress is there, let alone BJP, no power in...world can snatch away the Constitution."
