Cars seen floating in Chandigarh due to heavy flooding

A video showing several cars floating due to heavy floods in Chandigarh has emerged online. The vehicles were reportedly abandoned by their owners after the engines stopped working. The Chandigarh meteorological department has recorded a total of 112 mm rainfall this season, the second-highest rainfall recorded in the union territory and neighbouring cities in the last 13 years.
