A trademark dispute involving Parle's 'Melody' candy reached a Delhi court after an Ahmedabad-based company was accused of selling lookalike candies under the name 'Mydady'. The court issued an interim injunction against Ahmedabad-based Bapuji Food Products and associated parties, restraining them from manufacturing, selling, advertising or distributing products using the deceptive branding.
