Cashfree's AI superagent gives SMBs a payments team they couldn't hire

Cashfree Payments has launched Relay, an AI Superagent that runs payment operations for SMBs - recovering abandoned carts, confirming COD orders, and filing disputes. The company revealed that 7 in 10 Indian SMBs do this manually, for up to 60 hours weekly. "Relay brings that under 45 minutes. It's a game-changer for small teams," said co-founder & CEO Akash Sinha.
