Cat clings to submerged car's door in flooded Dubai, video surfaces

A video of a cat clinging to a submerged car's door in flooded Dubai has surfaced online. The cat was rescued by the Dubai Police personnel who were on a boat. Heavy thunderstorms lashed the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Tuesday, dumping over two years' worth of rain in Dubai. Several cars were submerged in the floodwaters.
