Cats go blind, die after drinking milk from bird flu-infected cows in US

About two dozen cats at a Texas dairy farm died or suffered from blindness after drinking raw milk from cows infected with H5N1 bird flu, scientists reported. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed the cats on the farm experienced depressed mental states, body stiffness, loss of coordination, blindness, circling and excessive mucous from their eyes and noses.
