Caught on Cam in NY: woman strangled, sexually assaulted on street

A New York City-based woman was choked with a belt and sexually assaulted on the side of the road at around 3 am in the Bronx. The ordeal was caught on CCTV cameras and the Police are looking for the assailant. The 45-year-old survivor was walking on the sidewalk when the perpetrator approached from behind.
