CBFC denies certificate to film for glorifying homosexuality

The Censor Board has denied certificate to Malayalam film 'Ka Bodyscapes' for "glorifying" gay and homosexual relationships. Director Jayan Cherian shared the Board's letter on Facebook, which also stated that "the Hindu religion is portrayed in a derogatory manner" in the film. Set in Calicut, the film revolves around a gay painter, a rural kabaddi player and their friend.
