CBI arrests DGCA deputy director general, private firm executive in drone import bribery case

The CBI arrested Mudavath Devula, Deputy Director General at DGCA's Airworthiness Directorate, and Bharat Mathur, an executive linked to Asteria Aerospace, in a drone import bribery case. Devula allegedly demanded ₹5 lakh per file to clear pending approvals. The bribe of ₹2.5 lakh was seized at the handover point near IIT Delhi.
