The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested a chartered accountant (CA) in Haryana for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of ₹60,000 from the complainant. The accused, who reportedly demanded the bribe to settle an income tax issue, was also produced before the Court of Special Judge for CBI Cases in Panchkula on Wednesday.
